Stepping into Self Storage: My New Adventure at Explorage.com

My name is Amy Briscoe. Over the past few weeks, I have enjoyed settling into my new role as a Growth Marketing Executive at Explorage.com. I have stepped into the brave new world of self storage, getting to know my friendly team and discovering our solutions for customers. Plus I get to work from the wonderful M-Sparc site where I can enjoy the sublime views.
In the future, I'll be sharing my valuable insights with you. But first, let me introduce myself. Before joining Explorage.com, I had a portfolio career. I began my journey in marketing and then transitioned to writing for national and international publications while simultaneously raising my young children. Even though the digital marketing and content creation realm has evolved over the past decade, storytelling remains the foundation of connecting with people. I'm excited to delve into the applications of artificial intelligence in digital marketing and impart my discoveries to you along the way.
Highlights include getting to know my team and discovering what we offer to potential customers. Not many people realise but self storage impacts people's lives as they move through major life events. We are often the first people many turn to as they grapple with new choices and new lives.
Many of us know moving house comes with its own set of challenges. Maybe you have renovation dreams worthy of Grand Designs or a smaller project in mind? Self-storage could be a great opportunity for families of all sizes, who are bursting with a lifetime of belongings and nowhere to put them.
Then there are the downsizers, craving a smaller more minimal home but don't want to throw everything away as there are so many memories. From tools, and sports equipment, to tents ready for festival season, the world of self storage is diverse. I'm amazed by the diversity of self storage solutions and uses, from self-storage containers for Etsy side hustlers to wine storage facilities for industry. One for the wine connoisseurs! I look forward to exploring these and more in my education series. Watch this space!
My long-term goal is to help build Explorage.com into a global, household name, connecting those who need storage with a solution that is easy and fits into their lives seamlessly. I see each customer as a human being and I am hoping this approach will stand me in good stead for many years to come. I'm also looking forward to taking people on their unique journey into self storage through video, interactive content (who else loves a quiz?) and of course my writing, from the inside out.
